Temporary Nanny Service Fees

Nanny Fees Payable directly to the Nanny (cash or check)
Minimum 4 hours per job
(regardless of hours worked)

• 1 to 2 children: $10 per hour
• 3 or more children: $11 per hour
• Sick Childcare: additional $1 per hour for each sick child (if your child would not be permitted to attend daycare or would be sent home from school, they are considered sick)
• Infant (under 3 months): $12 per hour
• Multiples (under 6 months): $12 per hour
• Special Needs Care: $11 per hour
  May increase depending on the level of care needed
• Round-the-clock (24 hours) and Overnight Care: (Flat rate) Please inquire
• Holiday Care: Please inquire

Agency Fees Payable to agency (Visa, Mastercard accepted)

• Regular Care
  $ 15 per 1/2 day (4 hours)
  $ 20 per 3/4 day (5-6 hours)
  $ 25 per full day (7+ hours)
• Sick Care: Regular agency fees will increase $5 for sick care
• Emergency Care: All care requests with less than 24 hours notice will be considered emergency care. Regular agency fees will increase $5
• Round-the-clock Care (24 hours): $35
• Overnight Care (dinner to breakfast): $30
• Holiday Care: Please inquire
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: $25

Permanent Nanny Placement Fees:

Your nanny will provide a one-year (365 day) “good faith” commitment to stay in your employ (excluding designed days off, vacation, holidays, etc.). Employment can exceed one year. If, position exceeds one year of employment it will be based on agreements made by both employer and employee and not by The Choice Care Agency, Inc.

Commitment:

All fees subject to change without notice.

Temporary Adult Companion Service Fees

Adult Companion Fees Payable directly to the adult companion (cash or check)
Minimum 4 hours per job
(regardless of hours worked)

• $11 per hour for 1 adult
• $5 per hour for each additional adult
• Round-the-clock Care (24 hours) and Overnight Care: (Flat rate) Please inquire
• Holiday Care: Please inquire

Agency recommends a reasonable gas reimbursement be paid for job related driving, such as errands, shopping and transportation.

Domestic Manager Fees Payable directly to the domestic manager (cash or check)
Minimum 4 hours per job
(regardless of hours worked)

• $11 per hour for most tasks
• $13 per hour for full housekeeping
• $16 per hour for packing and unpacking
• Rates vary for heavier tasks, such as spring cleaning, outdoor work, party/event coordination, etc.: Please inquire about our rates for these services.

House-Sitter Fees
(These rates apply only when there are NO pets in the home)

• Visits:
  $15 to house-sitter for 1st visit per day, plus $10 each additional daily visit and $10 agency fee per visit
  (No minimum or maximum number of visits per day)
• Overnight sitting (dinner to breakfast):
  $40 to house-sitter per overnight and
  $20 agency fee per overnight
  (No minimum or maximum number of overnights)
• 24 Hour Sitting:
  (This includes one or more additional visits to the home for service workers, etc)
  $60 to house-sitter per 24 hour period and $25 agency fee per 24 hour period
  (No minimum or maximum number of days)

Pet-sitter Fees

• Visits:
  $15 to pet-sitter per visit and $10 agency fee per visit
  (No minimum or maximum number of visits per day)
• Overnight Sitting (dinner to breakfast):
  $40 to pet-sitter per overnight and $20 agency fee per overnight (No minimum or maximum number of overnights)
• 24 Hour Sitting:
  (This includes one or more additional visits to the home for service workers, transporting pets, administering medication, etc)
  $75 to pet-sitter per 24 hour period and $25 agency fee per 24 hour period
  (No minimum or maximum number of days)
